Administration Assistant

Principal: Ms J Schofield | Required: As Soon As Possible | Administration Assistant | Term Time only | Monday to Friday, 1pm to 5pm | Actual Salary £10,750 to £10,928, pay award pending

The Discovery Academy is seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to give support to an extremely busy and challenging Academy Reception/Office. You will need to have a calm and flexible attitude to work as well as being highly organised and able to effectively prioritise workloads. Experience of working with Microsoft Office and good skills in Excel and Word are desirable. Customer service skills along with a knowledge of SIMS and or Arbour would be highly beneficial. You will also be required to administer First Aid; training can be given for this.
