Full Job Description

A rare and exciting opportunity to join our friendly team in the Amberley unit. This is a brand new unit that provides systemic anti cancer treatment and supportive care to cancer and medical patients.
To provide administration support and assist the team in maintaining the smooth running of the Day Unit and outpatient's clinic.
Directly responsible to Amberley unit Manager, the post holder will be required to work with the multidisciplinary team, patients, their relatives and visitors attending the unit., + To undertake clerical duties relating to documentation for patients e.ge scanning documents to Evolve.
+ To undertake any other clerical duties which may be delegated by the nurse in charge of the unit, e.g. photocopying, scanning and sending emails.
+ Resolve patient queries relating to appointments, patient transport or anything relevant to the unit.
+ Ensure all patient details are up to date, checking against the current IT system and paper records for accuracy.
+ Upload appointments to careflow
