An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join The Centre for Diabetes Care in Newcastle as an Administration Assistant. The Centre provides a full range of services for patients with Diabetes including Education, Podiatry and Retinal Screening., This role involves working closely with patients, medical and nursing staff. Post holders will be required to provide an efficient administrative service to the clinicians and their teams.

The successful candidate will work within a team of administrative staff, providing an efficient service to patients and the clinical teams. Applicants should be able to demonstrate excellent communication, organisational and processing skills and have a genuine desire to contribute to providing a quality service for patients., The ability to work independently and follow the policies and procedures for your department is essential. The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, flexibility, reliability and must have an organised approach to work.
