The administration team supports clinical colleagues to deliver this service.

The administration team consists of an Admin Team Lead, PWC's, Administration Officers and Administration Assistants.

The full-time role is Monday to Friday and you will work on a rota to provide cover from 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., The main duties of the role will be:

- meeting and welcoming clients to Palmers hospital- receiving client telephone calls and answering queries- liaise with clinical colleagues on telephone calls and queries relating to clients

You should have excellent communication, customer service and organisational skills as you will have to interact with a variety of people.
