Full Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Cwm Taf Morgannwg Locality Primary Care Mental Health Support Services. The role is full time (37.5 hrs per week) working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm The Administrative Assistant will provide effective administrative service to support the efficient running of the Local Primary Mental Health Support Services (LPMHSS) . As well as administrative tasks, the post holder will collect and input statistical information on service activity in line with both local and national requirements. The Administrative Assistant will be expected to portray a positive image and be able to liaise in a professional manner with clients, colleagues and visitors to the Service. The post holder will be expected to plan and prioritise own work load escalating any issues to the Admin Manager, Clinical Lead and Deputy Clinical Service Group Manager.Main duties of the job The post holder will be responsible for providing an efficient and high standard of Administration support to the LPMHSS . The post holder will handle confidential and sometimes contentious and sensitive information and will therefore be relied upon to observe and comply with specific and implied confidentiality rules and policies. The post holder is expected to work flexibly to support the Local Primary Mental Health Support Services (LPMHSS) and assist and support other colleagues if required this includes working as part of a team with the other administration staff across our 5 sites providing cover as required.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
