Full Job Description
We are looking to recruit a part time Administration Assistant who is able to multitask in a busy and demanding environment. The school office also undertakes reception duties and you will often be the first point of contact for our parents, children and visitors. Therefore, you will have a confident, professional and friendly manner.
Previous experience of working within a school environment is desirable, but not essential. A great telephone manner and knowledge of relevant computer software are essential. You will need to be organised, reliable, able to prioritise work and think on your feet. General administration, data entry and filing will also be required and a high level of confidentiality maintained at all times.
This is a 4 day a week position working 8.00am - 4.00pm. The days to be worked can be discussed at interview. We are looking for the position to start in January 2025.

Candidates need to possess a minimum of GCSE grade C/4 or above in English and Mathematics (or equivalent)., Access to an on-site HR Advisor, who is also a Mental Health First Aider; Fortnightly Supervision for Teachers; Membership of Benenden Health Care; Access to Support Line Counselling; Menopause Support; SLT open door approach; Team Teach Training; Full Time DSL.
