Work as an integrated member of the Strategic Workforce Transformation team, to ensure that the portfolio of Health & Work projects that reside as part of the Strategic Workforce function of the ICB are supported effectively. Working closely with the Strategic People Lead and Programme Manager for Work and Health Integration. The post holder will support several areas of strategic workforce activities, planning and organisation of the LLR WorkWell programme and the partners of the programme., Provide administrative support to the WorkWell Steering Group and WorkWell Design and Delivery Group, and support key learning and change events as required across the programme with the partners of the programme for example; Primary Care Networks (PCNs), Local Authority (LA), Department of Work and Pensions (DWP), Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC), Job Centre Plus (JCP), Voluntary, Community, and Social Enterprise (VCSE).
Integrated Care Boards are at the heart of a new way of working for the NHS, bringing together providers of NHS services with local authorities and other local partners to plan, co-ordinate and arrange health services as part of what is to be known as an Integrated care System.
