Full Job Description
We are looking to recruit an Administration Assistant for 15 hours 30 mins a week, term time only. The working week will be Thursday 8.00 a.m. - 4.30 p.m. and Friday 8.00 - 4.00 p.m.
This will be a busy and varied role and the successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, be enthusiastic, self-motivated, able to work using their own initiative and as part of a team. You should be able to multitask and manage a varied workload. Experience of clerical work in a school setting including operating the school's management information system (SIMS) would be an advantage., This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016). Therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
