Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration & Compliance Officer to join our friendly Practice team in Romford.

North Street Medical Care is a high achieving surgery with over 20,100 patients over two sites; North Street Practice and at the Chadwell Heath Health Centre in Ashton Gardens. The candidate may be required to work at both sites as requested.

The Administrator we are looking for must have good communication skills, attention to detail, a 'can-do' attitude and is able to deal with both patients and surgery staff face to face and over the telephone in a professional manner.

The role is for 25 / 30 hours per week Monday to Friday at agreed times., This is a broad ranging post of duties. Duties can include but are not limited to, the processing of PMAR, SARs, patient registration (electronic and hard copy) in a timely manner, liaising with team members and external agencies such as primary care and health authority in accordance with current policies. Assisting the Operations Manager with compliance duties.

The canditate must be able to use Excel and Word to a good standard.

Our clinical team includes, GPs, Nurse practitioner, Nurses, HCAs, Pharmacists and Paramedics. We are a training practice. We operate over two sites, which is at North Street and Ashton Gardens.
