Full Job Description

We are looking to recruit an Administration Manager for the CAMHS division, including MH&D, Specialist Services Care Group, to be based at Prestwich Hospital. This is an opportunity to lead in an integrated team setting and to be accountable for members of the administration team. The postholder will be directly responsible for ensuring all teams have the adequate skills and knowledge to provide a customer focused service. To ensure all administrative functions work correctly and efficiently. Management of all administration functions within the directorate, including problem-solving, supporting and resourcing. To ensure any new processes or systems put in place improve service user experience.
This post will also be responsible for the effective coordination of the bed management system., The administration Manager will work closely with the Consultants, Team Managers, Senior Nursing Staff and Service Managers to ensure an excellent administrative service is offered and to support the clinical staff in all areas of their responsibility., We are aspiring to ensure our workforce is representative of the diverse communities that we serve, and we are strongly committed to removing barriers to employment for candidates from under-represented groups, for example BAME, Disabled and LGBT+ communities. The postholder should have strong leadership skills and be an excellent communicator with experience of working to tight and changing deadlines. Highly organised and efficient; excellent time management skills, the ability to prioritise requests and to deal with conflicting demands and to meet tight deadlines; a high level of attention to detail supported by strong ICT skills, ability to work on own initiative and with limited supervision.
