Full Job Description

We're recruiting for an Administration Manager to work within HMP Hindley. The post holder will manage the Admin team, be responsible for reporting requirements. The post holder will need to be conscientious, meticulous, and at all times act in a confidential manner. The post holder will need to be highly motivated, be able to work unsupervised, be able to use own initiative, prioritise own workload, be able to deal with a number of complex issues at one time and work under pressure., The post holder will take overall responsibility for the leadership and provision of a high quality administrative service to the Health and Justice Teams, service users and stakeholders at HMP Hindley. This involves leading and line managing the administrative team to ensure that a quality service is delivered, and all targets and deadlines ae met. This will incorporate skills such as compassionate leadership, innovation, creativity and collaboration across all levels within the team and the wider network of Spectrum., Whether you are starting out in your healthcare journey or are an experienced healthcare professional looking for a new challenge we've got a role for you!
