Full Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who will be responsible for the provision of operational and day-to-day management of the Administration Team within North Wales Adolescent Service.
The Administration Manager will be required to lead and manage a team of administration staff to support the delivery of an effective administration function within these services., The post holder will support Service Managers and Operational Managers in the achievement of key operational and strategic objectives for CAMHS by supporting the team to achieve standards set out with a key role in supporting teams to improve access to the service and achieve targets.
This will involve supporting the Assistant Operations Manager with monitoring compliance against standards set, identifying problem areas and working with the operational management team, Clinical Leads and Service Leads to resolve issues and ensure a coordinated approach to the delivery of services.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
