Full Job Description

We are looking to recruit an Administration Officer who will work within the school administration team to deliver a comprehensive, professional and customer-focused administrative service, displaying a high level of administrative, interpersonal, communication and organisational skill. The post is 37 hours per week, term time plus 15 days; however, part-time/flexible working hours may be considered. The ideal candidate will:

  • Have Maths and English to GCSE Grade 4 or equivalent
  • Have a professional, calm and friendly approach
  • Have excellent administrative knowledge
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively with a range of people, including parents/carers, students, visitors and staff
  • Have excellent skills in Microsoft Office, confidence in using Management Information Systems, and an ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Be motivated, innovative, adaptable and enthusiastic in all aspects of your own work
  • Love encouraging, motivating and inspiring young children through the support they give in order to encourage their learning
  • Be committed to our ethos that all pupils can achieve at Whitcliffe Mount School
  • Have great references demonstrating they are a suitable candidate, safe to work with children.
