Full Job Description

Now is your chance to be part of this vital work, a once-in-a-career opportunity. There are a number of opportunities we will be recruiting for as part of this programme delivery throughout the duration of the contract, particularly supporting the business operations in ADMINISTRATION.

These roles provide effective administrative support to the projects. This will involve a high level of organisational and IT skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at one time.

Assist Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities

Schedule meetings, manage and update diaries as required, arrange workshops / focus groups

Maintain existing systems, meeting and approval trackers and records; ensuring these are accurate and up to date

Create and maintain appropriate administration systems where required to support the wider team

Taking minutes/update action logs from meetings as required

The ideal candidate should have previous experience of working in a busy pressured environment.

The Programme and Project Partners (PPP) model was mobilised in 2019 with the purpose of transforming major project delivery at the Sellafield nuclear site.

The partnership brings together KBR, Jacobs, Morgan Sindall Infrastructure, Altrad Babcock and Sellafield Ltd to deliver a 20-year pipeline of major infrastructure projects to support the decommissioning of Sellafield and to create a clean and safe environment for future generations.
