Full Job Description

The role will focus on overseeing the performance and management of the purchasing administrative team, while leading system improvements to enhance efficiency. You will be assisting the purchasing management team in monitoring and executing strategic projects & focus on delivering insightful purchasing and logistics data to support operations, marketing, and sales teams, driving commercial gains for Elior.,

  • Develop and manage the Purchasing administration teams to:
  • 1. Deliver back of house services supporting our operation, sales and marketing teams as well as our suppliers and manufacturers. 2. Deliver a programme of continuous improvement optimising and developing systems in order to reduce administrative and manual work 3. Development of the capabilities of each team member to deliver excellence
  • Lead or support relevant business projects
  • Responsible for the co-ordination of the Procurement team activities linked to achieving the overall purchasing strategy. Ensuring the purchasing management team members are progressing within agreed timelines the delivery of the procurement strategic projects and activities.
  • Support the operation, sales and marketing teams in optimising their commercial opportunities via better procurement and supply chain practices using pre agreed dashboards and management information from our datalake.
