Full Job Description

Washwood Heath Academy Multi Academy Trust needs Exam Invigilators to assist with the examinations. We need committed and enthusiastic Exam Invigilators to start, oversee and finish examinations as necessary., The positions are temporary (casual), and days and hours worked to be agreed. The months required are: January, February, March, May, June & November, December. Successful applicants will be required to work from 8.00am each day, until the end of the daily examinations (possibly 4.00pm by Rota) You will be required to work under the overall guidance of the Examinations Officer, assisting with the preparation of the examination venue, completion of relevant paperwork, the monitoring and management of conduct of students and supporting teachers and students in these very important public examinations.

Previous experience would be an advantage but not essential. However, successful candidates will need to possess the following qualities:

  • strong behaviour management
  • good communication skills
  • reliable and flexible with working hours, This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
