Full Job Description

Landmarc Support Services is seeking an experienced Administration Supervisor to join our team at Wathgill Camp. This key role ensures contract success through effective team management and delivery of essential information.,

  • Lead and Manage a team of people, ensuring performance, attendance, and compliance
  • Manage the Regional 24hrs Operations Room
  • Oversee Bidding and Allocation Management System (BAMS) administration
  • Support delivery of Training Estate Support Contract services
  • Use a variety of office equipment and technology
  • Serve as the main contact for regional training courses
  • Liaise with stakeholders to meet contract requirements

    We're looking for a proactive, skilled communicator who can lead a team to meet customer needs. If you have strong administration skills and can engage with stakeholders across all levels, we encourage you to apply., Strong people skills with a basic knowledge of employment law
  • Level 3 qualification in Business or People Management (desirable)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Familiar with bespoke software systems
  • Experience with CAFM/Maximo software (desirable)
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety (IOSH qualification preferred)
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid UK Driving Licence (essential)
