Full Job Description

· Provide a first point of contact for telephone enquiries for the Supported Early Discharge & Interstitial Lung Disease.
· Make contact & liaise with GP practices to obtain lung function & test results.
· Ensure that administrative tasks associated with patient admission, treatment and discharge are performed effectively and efficiently.
· Ensure that electronic and manual patient records are maintained in a timely fashion.
· Upload data & information
· Partake in audits
· General administration & clerical duties, To provide efficient admin support to the ILD (Interstitial Lung Disease) Clinical Nurse Specialist Team and the SED (Supported Early Discharge) Nursing Team
