Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Administration Support Officer to join our team at the Irvine Unit, Bexhill.
You will have responsibility for ordering supplies, equipment, uniforms, printing and stationery and consumables, as required and support Band 2 A&C staff alongside supporting the induction of new team members.
You may be required to supervise junior admin/bank staff., You will be responsible for the management of staff records, e.g., timesheets, expense forms, annual leave and absence records and facilitation of training.
You will be responsible for providing the department with administrative and other non-nursing support, to enable the efficient and appropriate use of resources and staffing, to ensure the smooth running of the Unit.
You will be responsible for prioritising tasks and maintaining effective office systems, e.g., Healthroster and you will mainly work unsupervised, managing own workload, which may include small project work on behalf of the Matron, Operational Support Officer and Service Manager., + The healthcare provider of first choice for the people of East Sussex.
