Full Job Description

As our new Admin Team Lead, your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead a team of 3 Administrators plus 1 Porter, ensuring that the healthcare team are fully supported
  • Provide admin support to the senior team onsite, including the Head of Healthcare, Business Manager etc
  • Support the senior team with meetings - attending to take minutes, arranging diaries etc
  • Implement processes to improve access to healthcare
  • Liaise with internal and external healthcare teams, including hospitals, and community providers
  • Support with the recruitment and HR processes
  • Work with the clinical team to improve the overall service

  • Have admin experience, ideally within healthcare or a prison setting
  • Ideally have experience of leading / managing a team - this isn't essential
  • Have excellent IT skills, including Excel,
  • Be experienced in minute taking
  • Any experience of using a healthcare system (such as SystmOne) would be beneficial

Shifts are between Monday and Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 / 09:00 - 17:00 - we can be flexible on the days worked and shift times. Salary: This position is part time, youll receive an annual salary of £28,247 - £32,346 (FTE) - depending on experience. How will we support you?
