Full Job Description

Are you an experienced administrator with a passion for delivering excellent service and leading a team to achieve outstanding results? We are seeking a motivated and professionalAdministration Team Leadto oversee the admin function of theHome First Team. In this role, you will:

  • Lead and supervise the administration team across multiple sites, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of Trust systems and records.
  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Management Team and assist in achieving key performance targets.
  • Foster a positive, improvement-focused culture within the team to maximize efficiency and deliver exceptional service., Patient Care:Oversee and improve the quality of referral documents, organize patient flow, and coordinate transport to minimize delays.
  • Communication:Collaborate with clinical teams, escalate barriers to discharge, and ensure effective communication across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Leadership:Support, train, and manage the admin team, ensuring essential training, wellbeing, and performance standards.
  • Operational Excellence:Maintain accurate records, manage rotas, and ensure business continuity during system downtimes.
  • Service Development:Drive process improvements, audits, and data quality initiatives to enhance team efficiency., young people and vulnerable adults.
