Full Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our administrative functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. This role involves a variety of tasks, including raising invoices, creating document templates, collating invoices and receipts for VAT returns, and drafting documents for projects. The position requires working 2/3 days a week in a hybrid manner, combining office and remote work.,

  • Invoice Management:

  • Raise and process invoices accurately and efficiently.

  • Track and manage invoice status, ensuring timely payments and follow-ups.

  • Document Creation:

  • Design and maintain document templates for the organization.

  • Ensure all templates are up-to-date and adhere to company branding and standards.

  • Financial Administration:

  • Collate and organize invoices and receipts for VAT returns.

  • Assist in preparing VAT returns and liaising with the finance department as necessary.

  • Project Documentation:

  • Draft, review, and edit documents for various projects.

  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and well-organized.

  • Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.

  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the office.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

  • Good skills in PowerPoint are a plus.


  • Bonus Skills:
  • Good graphical skills.

  • Experience with creating and editing presentations., Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work., GCSE or equivalent (preferred), Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
