Administrative Assistant

To provide a customer focused service for all patients and visitors attending Paediatric Audiology appointments. Booking patient appointments and answering telephone queries. To be responsible for accurate and timely data entry to the EPR system for all relevant clinics to ensure all patient records are accurate and up to date.Requesting notes and preparing notes for clinics.
