To work as part of a team of undertaking a range of administrative duties in support of the work of the service This post holder is responsible for ensuring that all relevant County policies and procedures are adhered to and concerns are raised in accordance with these policies. To work in accordance with the County Council values and behaviours., About the Role We are recruiting for two positions: one full-time (37 hours) and one part-time (18.5 hours). We are a diverse team of passionate professionals; we are dedicated and privileged to support individuals experiencing a mental health crisis in Oxfordshire. We uphold social justice and equality, protect and preserve individual rights while ensuring individuals needs are at the centre of all that we do. Our team of AMHPs come from a variety of professional backgrounds (social work, nursing, Occupational Therapy and Psychology). We are committed to ensuring every member of our team feels valued and supported. The team culture focuses on a shared vision of delivering high standards and innovation in service development. The administrative staff play an important and active role in the success of the team. Our admin staff play a pivotal role in achieving a objectives and high quality service they are usually the first point of contact in the service. Therefore, they are skilled
in listening, gathering and recording essential information on referrals for assessments under the MHA 1983. They work collaboratively with Approved Mental Health Professionals to achieve prompt and effective service to the people and families experiencing mental health crisis in Oxfordshire.. The role is responsible for the data base that supports the work of the service. It contributes to staff induction and training.
