Full Job Description

The post holder is to provide a comprehensive range of administrative services to support the effective running of the service. You will undertake a range of admin duties such as computer work, responding to straightforward telephone enquiries, taking, and transcribing of complex minutes, and the processing and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail (including electronic). You will also be using Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint to produce a range of documents e.g., letters, reports, presentations as directed.
