Full Job Description

  • Run report for 09:15 meeting and update with any issues (with regards to releasing/C&T)
  • Attend 09:15 Planning Meeting
  • Release process orders for SD
  • Print SU labels for RMs part units which would have to be used in SD POs
  • Attend 11:30 Raw Material and Planning Meeting Check completed paperwork for SD process orders
  • Fix any issues with process orders (i.e. goods issue errors)
  • Run COOISPI report for SPM to explain why orders were released/C&T late (Monday / Tuesday)
  • LT22 and LX03 checks (as and when time allows)
  • Run ZDRM for SD process orders (Friday)
  • Monthly: Month end report (last day of month run during the day then again after 8 PM)
  • Potential to work with TLs on SD improvements, or will be helping with weighing.
  • Driving FLTs to be able to cover weighing operator during his time off
  • Daily checks on finished POs+ reporting results of check to Manager and TLs
  • Daily Checking finished POs and presenting results of this checks to the manager and TLs
  • Support weighing , and cover when SD weigher is off
