Full Job Description

The All Age Disability Service are looking for an admin assistant to join theteam. We are a hardworking but happy professional team providing care and support to families across Wirral.

Working as part of the team you will undertake a range of clerical tasks, including processing of referrals, scanning/photocopying and uploading documents to electronic records, answering telephone calls and forwarding/redirecting calls, arranging meetings, and taking meeting notes., To undertake a full range of administrative responsibilities.To attend meetings and taking meeting notes.Managing petty cash.Good communication skills are essential as the post holder will need to liaise directly with patients, carers, families, and other professionals.A working knowledge of general office procedures and Microsoft packages is required, but full training will be provided on CWP systems.

Within this role you will have contact with service users, carers, families, and other health professionals. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, a flexible 'can do' approach, and a professional, friendly and welcoming manner.

CWP provides health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care - including the provision of three GP surgeries.
