Full Job Description

We are looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant on a permanent basis to join our Programme Administration team located within the Medway (Chatham), Kent Campus.
The successful candidate will act as the front of house for the Faculty Administration Team office welcoming staff, students and visitors. This role will see the successful candidate take responsibility for the Digital Student Centre/SLM system, internal mailbox(s) and telephone calls in responding to queries and questions in a timely manner.
This role would suit someone who has excellent customer service and communication skills who is looking for a new challenge, and an opportunity to build new skills. Experience of working within an educational/office setting would be an advantage. This role combines the need for an organised approach to work, attention to detail, and the ability to develop good relationships with university students and staff. They must also be reliable and dependable.
