The Integrative Community Services in Bridgend are looking to employee an Administrative Assistant to support their District Nursing services in line with the District Nursing Interim Principles.
The role will involve working closely with District Nursing teams and the Integrated Managers for the Services across the locality, to support the safe and effective running of our teams.
This role is varied and requires an individual who is able to be flexible approach to work and adaptable, working in a busy and fast paced environment, with an ability to use own initiative., The successful applicant will mainly support our Civica Scheduling Administrative Assistant to support the safe management of District Nursing caseloads, full training will be given on this system as part of full our induction process.

The successful candidate will have a friendly demeanor and be able to work well with others. It is essential that applicants have excellent IT skills, being fully computer literate and able to use word, excel and other applicable IT systems.
Other key of duties of the Administrative Assistant may be the attendance and minuting of sensitive meetings, completion of reports and copying and archiving of patient notes, therefore the ability to maintain confidentiality is imperative within this role.
