Full Job Description
We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a diligent and well-organised Administrative Assistant to become a part of the team at Woodford Primary School. This position entails acting as a friendly and professional point of contact for visitors to the school. Additionally, the role includes offering confidential administrative support by handling enquires from visitors, staff, and students.If you would like to join our Laurus family in a rewarding role that changes the lives of our pupils by empowering them to become the best that they can be then we would love to hear from you. This position is contracted on a 37 hours per week + 5 days Term Time Only basis (Monday - Thursday 8:30 - 16:30, Friday 8:30-16:00). This means you will mainly work when the school is open to pupils and will not need to work during the school holidays unless the contract requires you to do so. In total you will be in work for a minimum of 38 out of 52 weeks. Job Purpose (For further details on the role, please find the Job Description below)To support the School Operations Coordinator (SOC) in ensuring the smooth running of the school.Make appointments, arrange meetings, book meeting rooms and transport as requested.Provide confidential administrative support to the school including the preparation of documents and reports using Microsoft Office.Key Skills & ExperienceSound educational background including GCSE's in Maths and English (A
