Administrative Assistant - Enhanced Care Team

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our well-established Enhanced Care Team as an Admin assistant. In this role, you will provide efficient clerical and administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of the team by supporting Enhanced Care Team manager. Key duties include managing the ECT patient register, maintaining up-to-date staff records, and assisting with the daily allocation of staff to various wards using the e-rostering system. You will also be responsible for tracking staff 1:1 records, appraisals, and mandatory training, while supporting team meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring administrative targets are met. Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to security and data protection policies is crucial.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data management. Experience in managing staff records and using e-rostering systems is desirable. You will be working in a busy, fast-paced environment, requiring a polite and professional manner in all interactions.
