As an Administrative Support Staff member, you will provide essential support to the Chief Global Health Officer & Chief of Staff. You will also be part of a collaborative team of administrators and Executive Assistants based at GSK's global headquarters, offering a supportive network and opportunities to engage with various functions across the organization. In this role, you will:

  • Manage diaries and coordinate schedules, including external commitments and travel arrangements.
  • Independently handle internal and external correspondence, ensuring timely responses or delegation and tracking actions.
  • Escalate queries when necessary and appropriate.
  • Work with various GSK systems to manage processes and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Handle internal and external calls professionally and with empathy.
  • Proactively organize key internal and external meetings as needed.

    We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
  • Proven experience as a senior-level Administrative Assistant or Personal Assistant within a large, complex organization.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, along with experience using internal and external networks (intranet and internet).
  • Global networking, communication, and influencing skills across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
  • High level of discretion and sensitivity when handling confidential matters.
  • Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
  • Associate degree
  • Experience with Concur for travel and expense management
  • Experience working within global companies and across diverse cultures
  • Knowledge of Spanish, or Italian, or another second language is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience providing executive-level administrative support to senior leadership at executive level and their teams, as well as supporting academia through various communication channels (email, phone, and face-to-face interactions)
