Full Job Description

The Perse School is seeking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to work within our Human Resources Team, which is responsible for providing a professional and expert HR function supporting over 420 members of support and teaching staff across three School sites.
The main focus will be on supporting with HR and recruitment activities, with considerable focus on safeguarding compliance administration.
As well as helping the School to recruit the best staff, this is an important role supporting the School's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people by ensuring our HR and recruitment processes comply with the required regulations and guidance. This role therefore involves considerable process management and handling sensitive data to the highest standards of accuracy and care. Previous HR experience is not necessary; we are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail and well-developed interpersonal and communication skills. This is a part time role working up to 30 hours per week. Working pattern is flexible and to be agreed.
