Full Job Description

You will provide effective administrative support service to enhance the smooth running of our provision. It is intended that the you will work mainly in The City and Coastal College, although you could be deployed in any part of the Academy.
You will be flexible in your approach to work, self-motivated and able to prioritise work effectively. As the first point of contact to the provision you will also need to possess excellent interpersonal qualities, and strong communication skill.
Computer literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and outstanding excel skills are required. Knowledge of management information systems and previous experience of working in a school environment would be advantageous, although not essential.
The successful candidate will provide support in administrative tasks within the provision. These will include registration and first day calling, admission packs, maintaining the provisions MIS system, processing orders and ensuring correct financial control is applied and managing all cash income.

We are seeking to appoint a friendly, enthusiastic, and skilled Administrative Assistant to join our amazing school, which prides itself on helping and support our young people to be successful. This post is for 27.5 hours per week. Monday- Friday 8.30am - 2.30pm. Term Time plus 10 days.
