We are seeking to recruit a full time permanent team member working 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday based at the Loughborough Community Hospital. Please note that the role is expected to change as part of the transformation work and will include Melton and Rutland therefore, there will be an expectation to be at the Melton base too for part of each working week. We have an exciting opportunity available for the post of Administration Manager across the Directorate of Mental Health. This role is part of our existing administration management structure and will support driving the changes required under both our Better Mental Health for All and Administration Improvement workstreams., You will be responsible for the line management of two teams NWL CMHT and the Senior Business Assistants in the Management Admin teams with oversight of the Business Assistants within your area, which includes overseeing service delivery, finance, HR issues and ensuring that relevant standards/ KPIs are met. You will also have a responsibility in supporting management of the administration service as a whole, including cross-cover with colleagues. The roles involve working closely with clinical and other managerial colleagues across the service. Successful candidates will have strong leadership skills and will be adept at building effective relationships with a range of colleagues. We are looking for individuals who are able to:

  • Role model and embed the Trusts leadership behaviours
  • Drive high quality standards and professionalism across the service
  • Drive improvement and facilitate change with their team
  • Motivate and support staff using a coaching approach, subject to a 6-month probationary period (see Probation Policy). All jobs will require permission to work in the UK.
