Full Job Description
Marthill International Ltd are looking for a Office Administrator in Beeston, Nottingham.
This part time position is Monday to Friday 8am - 1pm
Duties:
-To Perform various clerical tasks such as typing, filing & updating website.
- Answering phone calls and greeting visitors with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Using Microsoft Excel, manage Office Documents.
- Provide administrative support to ensure effective operation of the office.
- Maintain an organised & tidy office environment.
Strong clerical skills, including typing & Excel.
- Excellent phone etiquette & communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel & other computerised systems.
- Strong organisational skills to manage office documents & tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with Office equipment & ability to Troubleshoot basic issues.
- Social Media Advertising & Marketing,
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred), Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
- English (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
