Full Job Description

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic candidate, who is professional and approachable and able to build positive working relationships with stakeholders and partners.

PATHs provide support to women and birthing parents experiencing moderate to severe or complex mental health difficulties relating to birth trauma, fear of birth itself (tokophobia), and baby loss.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support for the PATHs service and must be self-motivated, have the ability to communicate effectively, work as part of a team, use initiative, prioritise their workload, maintain and record accurate details and have excellent organisational skills.

Anexciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated administrative assistant to join the new West Yorkshire wide maternal mental health service (PATHs). The post will be hosted by SWYPFT on behalf of the West Yorkshire ICS., The applicant must have excellent organisational skills and be able to prioritise their own workload in order to meet deadlines, with a good attention to detail in an environment of competing demands.

We are looking for an administrator with an NVQ or RSA Level 3 qualification or be able to demonstrate competency at Level 3.

A good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel is essential.

The applicant must be able to work as part of a team and have good written and verbal communication skills.

Duties will be varied and will include using email, booking appointments, diary management, using clinical systems and dealing with telephone calls. Good customer service skills are essential.

The service operates Mon Fri; 9-5pm, this is a remote/agile working post with some travel to agreed base site as required to complete necessary duties.
