Administrative Officer - Student Casework

You will play a key role in shaping our newly established Student Casework team to ensure the delivery of a high quality service across the University. You will be a member of this specialist team working closely with academic departments, professional services and key stakeholders to develop and deliver effective management and administration of academic appeals, student complaints, student discipline, fitness to practise and academic integrity cases.

The successful candidate will have:
o The ability to deal with sensitive and complex casework
o Experience of interpreting and applying regulations and policies
o Working accurately within set procedures and to set timelines
o The ability to communicate clearly, sensitively and accurately to a range of stakeholders
o Experience of planning and prioritising a busy workload within a team environment
