Full Job Description

Rural Alliance Care Community Team are looking for an admin assistant to join the team. We are a hardworking but happy professional team providing care and support to patients across the Western Cheshire footprint.

Working as part of the team you will undertake a range of clerical tasks, including processing of referrals, scanning/photocopying and uploading documents to electronic records, answering telephone calls and forwarding/redirecting calls, arranging meetings and taking meeting notes).

Within this role you will have contact with patients, carers, families, and other health professionals. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, a flexible 'can do' approach, and a professional, friendly and welcoming manner.

This vacancy is part time, 22.5 hours (Days to work Monday, Tuesday and Saturday 9.00 - 17.00), o To undertake a full range of administrative/reception responsibilities.o Good communication skills are essential as the post holder will need to liaise directly with patients, carers, families and other professionals.o A working knowledge of general office procedures and Microsoft packages is required, but full training will be provided on CWP systems.

CWP provides health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care - including the provision of three GP surgeries.
