Full Job Description
This is a fast-paced varied administrative role to support both teams in Communications & Events and Requirements & Capabilities and also support corporate communications activities.,
- Key POC: act as an ambassador for the team with professionalism, confidentiality, discretion, partnering with RTX, suppliers and external customers, aligning the teams so they are joined up and working effectively representing Raytheon UK to the highest standard.
- Build effective working partnerships within Raytheon UK, encourage clear communications across sites cascading information as necessary, share best practices and embrace new innovative ideas, attend regular team meetings and work collaboratively with the team around you.
- Events support: support with administration of our events cadence, including payments and processes, and management of memberships and sponsorships for the function. Working with the Events Manager to ensure all documentation and records are kept up to date. Support with the maintenance of Events mailbox.
- Financial: organising and managing our payments process, ensuring all correct timelines and procedures are followed. Working closely with colleagues, vendors and suppliers to ensure timely payments, contracting and support.
- General office duties: ordering stationery, catering, site access requests, invoice processing.
- Expenses support: Support the team and submit in a timely manner, monitor approval process to avoid late charges, proactively seek receipts from vendors if not readily available.
Experienced in diary management. - Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Advanced user of Office 365.
- Able to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to manage a diverse busy workload.
- Proactive and self-motivated.

- Strong integrity and confidentiality.
- Professionalism and composure.
