PA Group UK part of the RSK Group have an immediate opportunity for a Contract Asbestos Administrator to join our busy team based in Dartford, UK.

PA Group UK are a multidisciplinary, health and safety executive licensed asbestos removal and UKAS-accredited asbestos inspection and testing contractor.

Duties will include:

  • Managing Various Frameworks/ Contracts (Asbestos Remediation or Asbestos Surveys)

  • Maintaining Master Spreadsheets for each Framework via Excel

  • Corresponding with Clients and our Contract Managers on a daily basis

  • Arranging appointments with Residents and Clients

  • Dealing with our Supervisors/Operatives & Surveyors on a daily basis

  • General Admin Duties

  • Entering Details into Easybop or Teams (Adhoc or Frameworks)

  • Putting together site packs & completion files

  • Arranging air tests/ skips, accommodation, Hire Equipment etc

  • Pre-Checking/ Quality Checking of Survey Reports

  • Covering of other colleagues when on Annual Leave/ Sick Leave

  • Answering of Main phone

    Previous office experience is essential and should include a minimum of the following:

  • Microsoft office (Excel, Word Outlook)

  • Good telephone manner

  • Able to meet deadlines / KPIs

  • Previous experience within the asbestos industry would be beneficial but is not essential

    We are a multidisciplinary, HSE-licensed asbestos removal and UKAS-accredited asbestos inspection and testing contractor. Based in Dartford, UK, we have a 50-strong team that provides a flexible and comprehensive portfolio of asbestos services, including asbestos surveys, remediation, roofing and contract delivery, to property and construction clients in the public and private sectors.

In addition to being an HSE-licenced and having a UKAS-accredited testing laboratory, we are SafeContractor approved and a Constructionline Gold member. Major recent projects included asbestos removal at the historic Alexandra Palace, London, for Willmott Dixon; asbestos surveys for Ipswich Borough Council; and, since 2011, asbestos surveys, reinspections and management advice at sites throughout the UK for the Canal & River Trust.
