Administrator

Our Distribution team are now looking for a Dispatch Administrator to support the Dispatch department in our Knightsbridge store on a fixed term basis to support with Christmas peak., This role is to start asap until January 2025, working Monday-Friday with no weekend work required., As a Dispatch Administrator, you will be responsible for running and maintaining all service reports needed to run the Dispatch Department., Running daily, weekly and monthly service reports and managing the filing of these.
Updating department figures and sharing them with the relevant stakeholders where necessary.
Defining SOP's (standard operating procedures) for all reports and maintaining these.
Dealing with all shopfloor recharge queries.
Dealing with telephone queries and responding to email requests for information in a prompt manner.
Building and maintaining relationships with the shopfloor and our external partners.
Ensuring all costs and pricing are updated onto our delivery database.
Running and updating proof of delivery reports.
To ensure all paperwork is filed correctly and is easily accessible.

Be thorough and pay attention to detail.
Able to work well with others and on your own.
Excellent verbal communication skills
Customer service skills
Able to use a computer and the main software packages competently

About You

You will have strong communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skill. You will be a team player who can develop and maintain trusted relationships at all levels in and outside of the business. You will also possess excellent excel skills and PC literacy.
