Full Job Description

We have fabulous job opportunity in our awesome Business Development Team to join us as our Administrator.,

  • You'll ensure all of our systems and spreadsheets are updated and contain accurate information

  • You?ll be liaising with other internal departments around business development opportunities

  • You'll take pride in delivering high quality work by providing general admin support as required to the team.

  • You will complete a variety of tasks within a busy working environment.

  • You will undertake admin tasks including, purchasing & invoice processing, organising of meetings, minute taking, making arrangements for travel and accommodation.

  • You will need to be able to maintain and provide accurate and timely information as required and work flexibly in times of high priority need.

  • You?ll manage your own diary, so if you need to take delivery of your new fridge or take a longer lunch for a haircut, you can use your flexi time to manage that!

  • Our team is spread nationally ? so we take it in turns where we host our monthly face to face team meeting! Our offices are in Leeds, London, Birmingham and Newcastle, so every now and then you?ll be going further afield.

    Previous administration experience

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines

  • Excellent working knowledge of office procedures

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is desirable but not essential

  • Ability to be an effective team member and work with minimum supervision
