Full Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to join our well-respected Administration Team as an Administrator for the Adult Learning Disability Team (ALD) at The Woolwich Centre.

Daily tasks include:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Adult Learning Disability Team through efficient and effective secretarial and administrative duties.

  • To act as first and central point of contact for the service.

  • To support and manage the referral process for the service.

  • To be responsible for inputting and collating data requirements., To support the staff of the Adult Learning Disability Services by providing efficient and effective secretarial and administrative duties.

  • To ensure agreed processes and procedures are in place locally to support service delivery in line with Trust policies and local guidelines.

    Oxleas offers a wide range of NHS healthcare services to people in community and secure environment settings. Our services include community health care such as district nursing and speech and language therapy, care for people with learning disabilities and mental health care such as psychiatry, nursing and therapies. We manage hospital sites including Queen Mary's Hospital, Sidcup and Memorial Hospital, Woolwich, as well as the Bracton Centre, our medium secure unit for people with mental health needs. We are the largest NHS provider of prison health services providing healthcare to prisons within Devon, Dorset, Bristol, Wiltshire and Gloucestershire, Kent and South London.
