You will work within the Sustainable Agricultural Systems Team providing a range of financial and project administration support for Project Managers, alongside assisting with the improvement of business processes and the application of financial controls on projects.,

• Working with a small team of project administrators to provide a range of financial and project administration support for Project Managers.
• Raise and issue sales invoices to clients, including multi-currency projects.
• Create purchase order numbers and process supplier invoices ensuring details are coded
accurately.
• Request credit checks and set up new client and supplier accounts.
• Assist Project Managers to maintain accurate project data.
• Prepare and distribute project reports.
  
  Full UK Driving Licence
• Previous internal purchasing/project administration experience would be desirable.
• Experience within a financial setting / role is desired
• To have good data accuracy and attention to detail with a good level of numeracy and IT skills.
• High-level keyboard and computing skills using MS Word, Excel and Access.
• To be well organised and efficient with confident and professional communication skills.
• To work flexibly as part of a team.
• Self-motivated and capable of working without supervision.
