Administrator

We're looking for an Administrator to join our Transportation team based in Brixworth. Within this role, you can enjoy competitive annual holiday entitlement with opportunities to buy/sell leave, a fantastic, matched pension scheme, a share in the success you help to create by investing in Kier through our Sharesave and Share Incentive Plans and even more., As an Administrator, you'll be working within the Drainage team, supporting with daily team administration, closing down site visits, exporting new reactive job tickets, recording traffic management, programming of works within the SLA, raising reactive works tickets and following up works required for drainage works, responding to FMS updates, booking road space and ensuring adherence to the road space booking. Your day to day will include:

• Monitoring and programming of reactive works tickets
• Tracking outstanding works
• Collating information required for investigations
• Assisting the emergency response team in severe weather
  
  You have experience in an administrative role and knowledge of the highway network
• Hold a competent telephone manner and can prioritise workload and work well under pressure
• Are able to use Microsoft Office for daily duties
