Omega Red Group are looking to recruit a Technical Administrator to join our team and become an integral part of the Compliance
network working from our Head Office in Bulwell, Nottingham.

The Role:

Reporting to the Admin Team Leader, the successful candidate will be required to offer full, comprehensive administrative support.

The role will involve processing reports and quotations based on data provided by our Site Engineers.

You will need to work collaboratively with Project Managers, Supervisors and Site Engineers to ensure reports are ready promptly
and issued to our clients maintaining SLAs.

You will be responsible for liaising directly with suppliers and contractors to obtain accurate costs for quotations based on
onsite inspections reports.

You will be the first point of call for many customer enquiries following Engineer's site visits.

The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of one year's work history in office administration and will possess strong
organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.

Some basic awareness of working at heights or similar transferable skills/knowledge would be advantageous.

Proficient in using IT systems and Microsoft Office, you will be a confident self-starter with an ability to demonstrate excellent
communication skills and use of initiative.
