Full Job Description

As an Administrator, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will be responsible for providing administrative support across the Royal School of Military Engineering (RSME) Contract. The RSME provides training to 6,700 soldiers per annum developing the unique skills that are fundamental to the Corps of Royal Engineers. Day-to-day, you will be receiving and allocating maintenance jobs to the team of engineers, raising PO's, paper filing, scanning and updating computer systems and support management with reporting.

  • Manage, maintain and update documentation and systems
  • Use management information systems to monitor and manage departmental tasks including inputting, extracting and analysing data and accepting and dispatching jobs
  • Carry out a purchasing function including raising requisition's, receipting purchase orders and resolving issues and queries
  • Respond to and process day to day requests and queries in a professional, positive and enthusiastic manner
  • Chase delivery notes and credit notes.
  • This role is full time working 37 hours per week and is based on site at Bicester. Essential experience of the Administrator
  • IT literate in SharePoint and Microsoft.
  • Administration experience within an infrastructure, construction, engineering, planning, maintenance, or similar background would be an advantage but not essential
