Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an administrator to join our integrated pharmacy team based at Regent Centre in Gosforth. The role will support a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians working with GP practices across Newcastle. Good organizational and communication skills are needed, as well as ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Service update and reports with GP practices Liaising with local community pharmacies about stock shortages and new services Answering the telephone to service users Providing administrative support to the Business Support Officer Maintain electronic staff records on Allocate Organise meetings and arranging room bookings Liaise with relevant staff to assist in prioritising work Monitor and replenish items of stationary, computer hardware/software and equipment
