Full Job Description

  • Contributing to the planning, development and organisation of administration systems, procedures and policies that facilitate the smooth operation of the school.
  • Analysing and evaluating data and information to produce relevant reports including HR and finance.
  • Achieving value for money alongside the School Business Manager when undertaking procurement of contracts and purchasing resources.
  • The responsibility for school wrap around care.

    We are a popular primary school in South West London who wish to appoint an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who is well organised, has initiative and can demonstrate excellent administrative skills.

Working in the office, you will need to have a positive, friendly and approachable manner, while maintaining confidentiality at all times. Good communication skills are essential as is the knowledge of a variety of ICT packages. Knowledge and experience of SIMS or another management information system would be preferred but is not essential.,

  • Be flexible and able to work on your own or as part of a team.
  • Have excellent ICT skills and be proficient in a range of software.
  • Have excellent time management skills, be able to multi task and solve problems using your own initiative.
  • Qualifications in English or Maths and an NVQ3, degree or equivalent are essential.

    36 hours per week (Mon - Fri 9am to 4.45pm with a 45 minute lunch)
